Hydra Clean LLC — Last updated: August 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you request an estimate, book an appointment, or receive cleaning or restoration services from Hydra Clean LLC ("Hydra Clean," "we," "us," or "our"), and when you use this website. By booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
1. Who We Are and Where We Work
Hydra Clean LLC is a locally owned residential and commercial carpet, upholstery, tile and floor care company based at 600 W Scooba St, Hattiesburg, Mississippi 39401. We have served the Hattiesburg area since 2002 and are insured and bonded.
We serve Hattiesburg and roughly a 30-mile radius, including Petal, Purvis, Sumrall, Lumberton, Richton, Wiggins, Poplarville, Columbia, Laurel, Collins, New Augusta, Rawls Springs, West Hattiesburg, Glendale and Arnold Line, across Forrest, Lamar, Jones, Perry, Covington, Greene, Jefferson Davis, Stone and Pearl River counties. Jobs outside that radius may be accepted at our discretion and may carry a travel charge, which we will always quote to you before the work is scheduled.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
2. Estimates and Pricing
- Estimates are free. We provide free, no-obligation estimates in person or remotely.
- Quotes are based on the information given to us. Pricing depends on factors such as square footage, room count, fibre and soil type, and the services requested. If conditions at the property differ materially from what was described when you booked — for example significantly more area, heavy soiling, pet contamination, or furniture that must be moved — we will explain the difference and give you a revised price before we begin that additional work.
- You are never committed to extra work. If you decline a revised quote, you may reduce the scope or cancel without charge for the portion not performed.
- Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless we state otherwise in writing.
3. Booking, Rescheduling and Cancellations
- Appointments can be booked by phone, through our website, or by replying to our messages.
- We schedule arrival windows rather than exact times, because job length varies. We will contact you if our technician is running outside the agreed window.
- Please give us as much notice as you reasonably can if you need to reschedule or cancel, so we can offer the slot to another customer.
- If our technician arrives and cannot access the property, or the areas to be cleaned are not ready and cannot be made ready within a reasonable time, we may need to reschedule the visit.
- We may reschedule in cases outside our control — severe weather, flooding, equipment failure, illness, or an emergency water-damage callout. We will contact you as early as possible and rebook at your convenience.
4. Preparing for Your Appointment
To let us do the best possible job, we ask that before we arrive you:
- Vacuum or clear loose debris where practical, and pick up small items, toys and cords from the floor.
- Remove breakables, valuables, electronics and anything fragile from surfaces we will work around.
- Tell us in advance about pets in the home, and about any known pet urine areas, so we bring the right treatment.
- Point out any stains, burns, tears, loose seams, pre-existing damage or areas of concern before we begin.
- Make sure there is safe access and reasonable parking for our van, and that water and power are available.
Our technicians will move most normal, movable furniture as part of the service. For safety reasons we do not move pianos, large aquariums, antiques, electronics, waterbeds, pool tables, or unusually heavy or fragile items. We are happy to clean around them.
5. Our 100% Satisfaction Money-Back Guarantee
Every service we perform is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Money-Back Guarantee.
If you are not thrilled with our work, call or text us about the problem within five days of the original service date and we will promptly return and re-clean the area free of charge. If you are still not satisfied after that re-clean, we will refund your money for the affected service.
The guarantee covers the quality of the cleaning we performed. It does not cover conditions that cleaning cannot change — see section 7.
6. Spot & Spill Warranty
When we apply Scotchgard™ fibre protector to your carpet, that carpet is covered by our free 6-month Spot & Spill Warranty.
- If something is spilled on a protected carpet during the warranty period and you cannot remove it yourself, contact us and we will come out and professionally treat the spot at no charge.
- The warranty applies only to areas we actually treated with protector, and runs for six months from the date of application.
- It covers ordinary household spots and spills. It does not cover permanent dyes and stains, bleach or chemical damage, pet urine damage, burns, tears, wear, fading, or damage caused by other cleaning attempts or products.
- The warranty is for the property we treated and does not transfer to a new address.
7. What Professional Cleaning Can and Cannot Do
We believe in being straight with customers about results. Professional cleaning removes soil — it cannot reverse damage or wear.
- Some stains are permanent. Dyes, bleach, rust, ink, mustard, some medicines and pet-urine dye damage can permanently alter carpet colour. We will treat them, but we cannot guarantee removal.
- Wear is not soil. Traffic-lane areas where fibre has been abraded will look better cleaned, but worn fibre cannot be restored.
- Older spots can wick back. Deep spills can move back toward the surface as carpet dries. Tell us if that happens and we will come back and address it.
- Pre-existing conditions. Cleaning can reveal existing issues such as loose seams, colour loss, shrinkage, delamination or previous repairs. We will point out anything we notice before we start, but we cannot be responsible for pre-existing conditions or for the failure of carpet that was already damaged, poorly installed or at the end of its life.
- Odours. Severe pet urine contamination can reach the pad and subfloor. Surface cleaning alone may not eliminate it; we will tell you honestly what level of treatment a situation needs.
8. Payment
- Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed different terms with you in writing.
- We accept cash, Visa, American Express and other major credit cards.
- Commercial accounts and maintenance-plan customers may be invoiced under separately agreed terms.
- Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers — see our Privacy Policy.
9. Access, Safety and Your Property
- You confirm that you own the property or are authorised to have the work carried out.
- Please keep pets secured and children clear of work areas, equipment and hoses while we are on site. Cleaning solutions, hot water and moving equipment present real hazards.
- Cleaned floors stay damp for a period after we leave and can be slippery, particularly on hard surfaces and on stairs. Take care, and keep off treated areas until dry where we advise it.
- We take genuine care in your home. If we damage something, tell us straight away and we will put it right — we are insured for exactly that reason.
10. Water Damage and Restoration Work
Water damage work differs from routine cleaning. Drying times, equipment placement and the final outcome depend on the extent of the water intrusion, the materials affected and how quickly we were able to start.
- We will explain the scope, the equipment we are placing, and roughly how long drying is expected to take.
- Equipment left on site remains our property and must not be moved, switched off or unplugged without speaking to us, as this can compromise drying and lead to secondary damage.
- Where a job involves an insurance claim, the agreement for payment remains between you and Hydra Clean. We are glad to provide documentation and photographs to support your claim, but we cannot guarantee what your insurer will approve or pay.
- Some materials cannot be saved and may need to be removed or replaced by a specialist trade. We will tell you when that is the case.
11. Photographs and Reviews
We sometimes take before-and-after photographs of our work for quality control, training and marketing. These photos show the work area only. If you would prefer we did not use photographs of your property publicly, just tell your technician or contact the office and we will honour that.
If you leave us a review, it is your own honest opinion. We never offer payment or discounts in exchange for a positive review.
12. Text Messages and Email
When you give us your phone number or email address, we may contact you about your appointment, estimate, or account — including confirmations, reminders and follow-ups. We may also send occasional service reminders and offers.
You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting the office. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential messages about a booking you have made. Message and data rates may apply. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and except where our Satisfaction Guarantee or Spot & Spill Warranty applies, our total liability arising out of any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage arising from pre-existing conditions, from inaccurate information given to us about the property or its contents, or from your failure to follow care instructions we have given.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, and any dispute relating to our services will be handled in the courts of Forrest County, Mississippi.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you book is the version that applies to that booking. The "last updated" date at the top shows when this page last changed.
16. Contact Us
If you have any question about these Terms, a service you have received, or a concern you would like put right, please contact us — we would much rather hear from you than have you stay unhappy.
